Summer is here, and what a Summer its going to be! (Thankfully it hasn't gotten too hot yet.) In early August I'm going to Ireland for an Irish music event, and then in September I'll be going back for my uncle's wedding. Right now I'm just enjoying the nice weather, the flowers and fun activities which Summer holds.
Peonies are my favorite flowers. They're so big and colorful and floppy and they smell so good. To my great delight, our peonies bloomed on my birthday this year!
