Of New York City and Chickens

  

 Yesterday I woke up early and went to work in the 27 degree weather at the farmer's market. It was freezing, but at least it wasn't snowing or raining and the sun was shining! Later I went to NYC with my cousins and we talked really loudly about Catholic colleges and the more charismatic schools vs the more traditional ones in the back row of the bus.

 In the city I learned how to cut up a chicken! (talk about random... NYC + Chickens??) Actually it was part of an awesome program called the Avenue.

In the city the Christmas wreaths are starting to spring up over doors and Macy's is getting their Christmas window displays ready. I can't believe Christmas is in six weeks! I'm looking forward to decorating this year. Pinterest, here I come! lol!
