Summer Ramblings

It's been quiet around here, but that leaves plenty of time for reading, coffee, practicing photography, pinterest, skyping friends and did I say coffee?

So I love anything Bronte (my little stack of Bronte books makes me happy), and I picked up this book in a bookshop in Ireland last summer. I didn't know anything about it (never heard of it before) but it was written by one of the Bronte sisters and it wasn't very expensive so I decided to go for it. It was my first read of the summer after I got home from school, and it was a really good one to start off with. There were so many beautiful themes in this book and it was just so. good. You guys gotta read it.

Little boys who play in the dirt and show you how to hold a baseball bat, chase the chickens and ask you to pray for them not to be embarrassed when they perform on stage, tell you all about the latest movies they've watched and the newest lego sets- they're the best.
